At the heart of my practice is a belief in community, connection, and supporting the people around us. This page is a collection of local small businesses, makers, practitioners, and services that I personally love, value, and trust.

From wellbeing and holistic therapies to food, movement, craftsmanship, creativity, and everyday businesses that bring something special to our community, these are people and businesses I’m proud to share with you. Some may complement your wellbeing journey, while others are simply wonderful local businesses worth discovering and supporting.

For me, energy exchange is about more than what we give and receive in our own work. It’s about creating genuine connections, championing small businesses, sharing the things we love, and contributing to a thriving local community.

I hope you find something here that resonates with you, inspires you, or introduces you to your next favourite local business.
