Cancellation Policy
Please note that if you need to cancel our session, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. If cancellation happens within 24 hours of our scheduled session, a cancellation fee of 50% of service booked (+fees) will apply. This fee will be charged to the card information provided or at your next session. I understand that life happens, so I always appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.
Rescheduling a session
If you need to reschedule your session, that's absolutely fine! I kindly ask that you let me know as soon as possible and provide a preferred time for the rescheduled session. This way, I can ensure that we find a time that works for both of us. I appreciate your flexibility and communication, as it helps me accommodate your needs while managing my schedule. Please note that if rescheduling occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice, a rescheduling fee may apply.
