My Story
My journey into the world of healing and wellness began unexpectedly. Initially unfamiliar with Kinesiology, my path was sparked when I worked with a mindset coach who introduced me to the transformative power of inner work and shadow work. That experience was a turning point that reshaped my life and ignited a deep passion for understanding the mind and body connection.
Though I have always been drawn to psychology, my early attempts at university did not go as planned and I questioned whether Western Medicine education was the right fit for me. However, the shift I experienced through inner work sparked my curiosity in Eastern medicine and holistic healing approaches.
A simple search led me to discover a college offering diplomas in Mind and Body Medicine alongside Kinesiology, a modality I had never heard of before. Intrigued, I attended a discovery session and from the moment I stepped into the room, I felt an undeniable sense of belonging. The fascinating concept of muscle monitoring captivated me and I knew I had found my calling.
I committed to a sixteen-month journey, completing diplomas in both Kinesiology and Mind and Body Medicine. Today, I am honored to support my clients by helping them uncover the root causes of their challenges, not just treating symptoms but exploring what the body is truly communicating. I believe symptoms are the body’s way of asking for help, and my role is to listen deeply and guide you to listen too.
Together, we will embark on a path of discovery, healing, and empowerment so you can feel understood, supported, and equipped to live your best life.
